At Trendy Zone, we value your satisfaction and understand that plans can change.
We aim to make the cancellation process simple and transparent for you.

Order Cancellation Terms:

• You can request to cancel your full order or part of your order (partial cancellation) only on the same day the order is placed and before it is shipped.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation or modification will not be possible.

• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately on +91 94647 78814 and fill our cancellation forum with your Order Number and Registered Email/Phone Number.

• Cancellation requests must be made on the same day of placing the order.

• If your cancellation is approved, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

After Shipping

• If your order has already been shipped and you no longer wish to receive it, you may refuse the delivery.

• Once we receive the returned package, a refund will be initiated after deducting the shipping charges.

Important Notes

• No cancellation fees will be charged if the cancellation request is received on the same day before shipping.

• Express shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders ourselves in rare cases (e.g., product out of stock, payment verification issues). In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
