Order Processing and Shipping

At Trendy Zone, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!

• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed between Monday – Saturday before 11:00 AM are processed and shipped on the same day.

• Order Timing: For orders placed after 11:00 AM, processing will occur the next working day.

• Stocked Products: For items in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of placing it.

Delivery Timeline

• The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days after shipping.

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier-related issues or unexpected delays beyond our control.

• If you believe there is an issue with your tracking or delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@trendyzone.in — we are happy to assist you!

Free Delivery

• Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

• Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation within 1-2 working days.
  (If you don't receive tracking information within this timeframe, kindly reach out to us.)

• Incorrect Shipping Information:
  If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details provided by you, you will be given an option to either:

  • Receive a refund (excluding original shipping charges if applicable), or

  • Reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply).

Express Delivery

• Express Shipping is available for an additional fee of ₹100.

• If we are unable to deliver your Express Order on the expected delivery date, we will refund the express shipping fee.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) or EMI orders, the refund will be issued as store credit.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) option availability may vary based on the delivery location and order value.
