Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• You must return the product within 5–7 business days after your return request is approved.

Refunds

• Full refunds are available if the product is received damaged or defective.

• Important: To claim a full refund for a damaged product, you must record a clear video at the time of delivery and while opening the package.
  This video serves as proof that the product was damaged during transit. Without proper video evidence, we may not be able to process a full refund.

• If you simply change your mind or no longer want the item, you can still return it. However, in such cases, the delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are not returned in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
